The W4 High Performance White Mastic Sealing Strip is a new generation of high performance butyl tape designed for sealing and re-bedding caravan and trailer tent fittings. This specialized sealant is as used by most caravan manufacturers and is formulated to accommodate movement without cracking or allowing water penetration. Suitable for use on aluminium mouldings, overlap joints, awning rails, exterior lights, window surrounds, grab handles, and most external trims, this strip forms a waterproof seal and remains flexible throughout its service life. With good UV resistance, this sealing strip is suitable for outdoor applications. The surface should be clean, dry, and free from frost, grease, and loose materials before application. Apply directly onto one surface, press firmly to achieve good adhesion, remove the backing paper, and offer the other surface to the tape and seal firmly across the joint. Store flat in original packaging in cool, dry conditions.
